Compared to palletized systems, single-machine production on an INDEX eliminates the need to set up countless pallets, as well as manual part repositioning, re-clamping and in-process inspection. Additionally, our machines minimize cycle times, in some cases increasing part output per operator by as much as 500%.

Optimize Floor Space

Whatever INDEX machine best suits your part mix, it requires far less floorspace than a palletized cell capable of comparable output. In fact, the machine may take up as little as 20% of the floor space, while also slashing the area required to store raw materials and work in progress.

Minimize Scrap Rates

Pallet systems often result in scrap rates of up to 25%, leading to quality issues, waste and inefficiency. The closed-system nature of our single-machine production can reduce the rate to as low as 1%. Once a job is set up, some customers even achieve scrap rates approaching 0% on our CNC multi-spindles.
